These rural cottages are only a stone's throw from the west coast Perelle Bay beach. They have been extensively refurbished and upgraded to a 4 star standard. Adjacent to the cottages are a mini-market, a bistro with bar, and a garage.
The cottages are situated in substantial landscaped grounds, with barbeque facilities. The island of Guernsey has many attractions including historic monuments, relaxing coastal and inland walks and 3 golf courses.
Each cottage is fully equipped to a modern standard, the kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine, the living room has a flat screen TV & satellite connection should you wish to bring your own satellite box with you.
There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, with all linen, towels, and hot water provided.
Non-smoking throughout.
We provide free Wi-Fi to our guests so that they can keep in touch with fiends and family in the outside world.
Each of our cottages have two parking spaces reserved, with additional parking offered subject to availability.
There is a nearby bus stop on the adjacent coast road, providing our guests with access to bus routes that cover the whole island.
We are happy to coordinate bicycle hire with a local provider for any of our guests who would like to explore Guernsey's scenic cycle routes at a leisurely pace on two wheels.
The cottages are centrally heated between October and May at no additional cost to guests. We like to keep you cosy when the Guernsey sunshine alone is not quite enough.
We can pre-arrange taxi transfers to and from our cottages and Guernsey airport or St Peter Port harbour for our guests and all of their luggage.

In the event of cancellation for ANY reason, prior to the final remittance being forwarded, the deposit will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let for the full period of your intended stay.
In the event of cancellation for ANY reason after the final remittance has been sent, the 25% deposit is not refundable, and the balance of 75% will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let for the entire period of your intended stay.
You are strongly advised therefore to take out holiday insurance with your travel agent or insurance company to cover the risk of unavoidable cancellation.
